The World Professional Chuckwagon Association is pleased to announce that CKLJ 96.5 “THE RANCH” will be the new home for the WPCA radio broadcasts. The WPCA will continue to broadcast all races from the WPCA Pro Tour along with all 10 nights from the Calgary Stampede Rangeland Derby. Based out of Olds Alberta, fans in the area can listen to the races on their FM dial, and for fans located outside of the signal, 96.5 THE RANCH is available online and streamed across North America through the streaming link. “With radio stations moving away from AM radio, it’s important to be able to stream online,” says WPCA marketing manager Bryan Hebson. “With today’s technology, people can listen on their mobile device and computer or use Bluetooth on their mobile device and connect it through their audio system in their vehicle.”
96.5 THE RANCH was recently awarded the Radio Station of the Year (Small Market) at the 14th Annual Country Music Alberta Awards. CKLJ 96.5 THE RANCH is owned by Vista Radio, a broadcasting network with a fresh vision and a strong commitment to its communities.
