Get to Know More About the Outrider

One of chuckwagon racing’s rising young talents, Wyatt enjoyed a breakout 2025 season, capturing the Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Association (CPCA) Champion Outrider title for the first time. He added two show championships, winning with his father Dallas Dyck at the Cold Lake Races and with Vern Nolin at the Beardy’s & Okemasis Sports Days.

Wyatt debuted on his 16th birthday at the Calgary Stampede Rangeland Derby in 2019 and was named CPCA Top Rookie Outrider in 2021. In 2024, he added driving to his résumé, finishing tenth overall at the Cold Lake Championship. A fourth-generation competitor, Wyatt is the son of Dallas Dyck and comes from a family that includes Glen Delaronde, Gary Gorst, and Art Gorst. He also plays hockey for the Vermilion Tigers, works at the Vermilion Stockyards, and lives in Dewberry, Alberta.
