A perennial contender on both the WPCA and CPCA circuits, Todd is a two-time CPCA Champion (2019, 2022) and two-time High Point Driver (2019, 2021). In 2019, he qualified for his first Calgary Stampede Rangeland Derby Championship Final and had a horse named the Stampede’s Equine Athlete of Excellence.
In 2025, he posted four top-ten runs, highlighted by a third-place run at the Battle of the Foothills, and added three more at the CPCA Lloydminster Finals. Todd began as a CPCA outrider in 1989, earning Top Rookie honours, and was named WPCA Top Rookie Driver in 1999. He also outrode on Edgar Baptiste’s 1996 Calgary Stampede Championship outfit.
Since returning to the CPCA in 2004, he has won six shows and earned multiple consistency and safety awards. Todd works as a big game outfitter and with S.O.R.E. Oilfield Services Inc. He and his wife Jade have six children and reside on the Red Pheasant Cree Nation in Saskatchewan.
