With a World Championship already to his name, Hayden remains one of the sport’s top young outriders. In 2025, he captured the Grande Prairie Stompede riding behind his father, Obrey Motowylo, and added a second win at the Bonnyville Chuckwagon Championship with Jamie Laboucane. He was the High Point Outrider at two shows and outrode in eight championship final heats.
Hayden made history in 2021 as the youngest World Champion Outrider at just 17, the same year his father Obrey also won the world title. He was previously named WPCA Top Rookie Outrider in 2019.
Mentored by his older brother Ethan, Hayden is a former wild pony racer who enjoys hunting, sledding, and playing junior hockey with the Sylvan Lake Wranglers. He makes his home in Hoadley, Alberta.
