Chad enjoyed another standout season in 2025, finishing fifth in the World Standings for the second year in a row. He recorded 28 top-ten runs, including 14 top-five runs and four day-money runs, while advancing to the semi-finals at the Ponoka Stampede and posting top-ten aggregate finishes at both the Battle of the Foothills and the Battle of the Rockies. His horse Bro was named Champion Left Wheeler on both the WPCA Equine Outfit of Excellence and the Calgary Stampede Equine Athlete of Excellence.
A former World Champion Outrider, Chad has an impressive career on both sides of the track. He has been part of multiple Calgary Stampede Rangeland Derby and Aggregate championship teams and has earned accolades including WPCA Top Rookie Driver, Most Improved Driver, and several equine awards.
A fourth-generation competitor, Chad is the great-grandson of Wilbur David, grandson of Ron David, and younger brother of driver Jordie Fike. Off the track, he runs Arrow Inspections and lives in Cremona, Alberta, with his wife Catlin and their children, Racin and Ryden.
