Get to Know More About the Outrider

One of the premier outriders on the WPCA Pro Tour, Brendan continued his success in 2025, capturing the Battle of the North in Dawson Creek for a fourth straight year behind Chance Bensmiller, while riding in five Championship Final Heats. He also picked up a win at the CPCA Lloydminster Finals with Kurt Bensmiller.

A three-time consecutive Calgary Stampede Rangeland Derby Champion Outrider, Brendan was the WPCA Top Rookie Outrider in 2018—the same season he won the Ponoka Stampede. Introduced to the sport by his father Vern Nolin and uncle Mick Nolin, Brendan works as a farrier and home builder. He lives in Dewberry, Alberta, and enjoys hockey, hunting, and fishing.
